1. Where does Gluta deliver?
Gluta delivers across the U.A.E., though certain remote areas might be restricted. To check if a specific area is eligible for delivery, please email us at hello@gluta.ae.

2. What types of delivery does Gluta offer?
We provide courier delivery through reputable partners such as Fenix,Aramex,Shipa Delivery,and Fetchr, specializing in COD and consignee deliveries.

3. How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for orders above 100 AED. For orders below this amount, a flat delivery fee of 10 AED is charged.

4. Can I schedule a specific delivery time?
Generally, deliveries are made within 1-3 working days, and our courier partner will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

5. Is international shipping available?
Yes, Gluta offers worldwide shipping.

Placing Orders

6. How will I know if my order has been successful?
Once you complete your order, you will receive an email confirmation from Gluta detailing your order and the selected payment method.

7. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at no cost before it has been shipped. For returns after shipping, please refer to our returns policy.

You may return most new, unopened items within 6 days of delivery for a full refund. We also cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
